GLPro Official Website Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy For This GLPro Website
This website collects what you send it and nothing more: a message through a form reaches one of two email addresses, and an order is handled by the checkout rather than by these pages. Order records are held so the 60-day guarantee can be honoured. Write to [email protected] for a copy of what is held, or to have it deleted.
What this GLPro website collects
A short list, because this is a set of static pages.
Two forms, one script, one font host and one checkout. That is the whole of it, and each part is worth a sentence.
The first form on the contact page asks for a name, an email address and a message. The order form beside it adds an order ID. Both are built as mail forms: pressing send opens your own email program with the text already in it, so the message travels as an ordinary email from your address to ours. Nothing is posted to a server on this website, and there is no account, no login and no database sitting behind these pages.
Which address receives it matters more than what is in it. [email protected] is the website desk: pages, typos, privacy and press. [email protected] and +1 (720) 738-6364 are order support: tracking, changes, cancellations and refunds. The website address cannot see orders, so a refund request sent there is a day lost rather than a step taken.
When a page here loads, your browser fetches the page, the stylesheet and the images from this site’s host, and two typeface files from Google’s font servers. That request tells Google’s servers your IP address, as any third-party font, map or video does. There is no analytics tag on these pages, no advertising pixel, no chat widget and no social embed.
One script runs on the site. It opens the menu on a phone, brings the order bar in once the hero has scrolled past, and writes the year into the footer. It sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser, which is why there is no cookie banner here to dismiss.
Two things sit outside these pages entirely. The host keeps an ordinary server log of requests, times, IP addresses and browser strings, as every web server does. And the checkout behind the order button belongs to the seller: your name, address, email and card details are given there, under its own policy. Card numbers are never handled by this website.
What that adds up to is a short list. A message you chose to send, an order you chose to place, and the ordinary traces any web page leaves — a log line and a font request. There is no hidden fourth thing, and this policy would be longer if there were.
How Glproroutine uses what you send
One purpose per piece of information.
Each piece of information here has one job — and it does not quietly acquire a second one.
- A message to the website desk is read, answered, and kept with the thread it belongs to.
- An order ID given to order support is used to find the order: tracking, a change, a cancellation, a refund.
- The paperwork inside a returned parcel is used to match bottles to a payment so the refund can be issued.
- The lot number on a bottle, GLP-26/GL-4941, is used to check that bottle against this desk’s order records.
What is not done with any of it: none of it is sold, rented or handed to a data broker, and no profile is built from it. No mailing list is compiled from the forms, so a note about a broken link does not turn into a newsletter three weeks later.
This category earns one extra sentence. Buying a blood sugar supplement is a fact about somebody’s health, and it is treated as one: no interest is inferred from the pages you read, no audience is assembled from them, and nothing is passed to an ad network that could do either of those things for us.
The exception any business has applies here too. Where the law, a payment dispute or a card chargeback requires a record of a sale to be produced, it is produced.
How long a GLPro order record is kept
Long enough to honour a refund, and stated in days.
| What | How long | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A message to the website desk | 24 months | Long enough to answer it, and to find the thread again if the same question comes back. |
| Order support correspondence | With the order record it belongs to | A refund conversation is only useful beside the order it concerns. |
| Order and refund records | The 60-day window and the two refund clocks, then as a record of a sale | A refund cannot be honoured against an order nobody can find. |
| Server logs | The host’s own schedule | They are kept by the hosting provider for security and diagnostics, and they are not mined here for anything. |
| Cookies and browser storage | None are set | These pages store nothing on your device, so there is nothing to expire. |
Retention starts from the last contact, not from the first.
The guarantee sets the floor. An order record that a refund could still be claimed against stays while the 60 days run and while the two refund clocks after them run, because deleting it early would remove the only proof that the purchase happened.
After that it is kept as evidence of a sale, for as long as the tax and accounting rules that apply to any seller require a sale to be evidenced. Nothing in that record is used for marketing at any point in its life.
When a period ends, deletion means the message and its attachments go. It does not mean a tidied copy is filed somewhere else under a different name.
Who else sees a GLPro order, and who does not
Four organisations, and a short list of who is not one of them.
An order touches four organisations, and naming them is more useful than a paragraph about industry-standard safeguards.
- Glproroutine. The retail desk. It holds the order record, the correspondence and the refund.
- Order support. The phone line and sales email that look an order up, arrange a change and process a return.
- The seller’s checkout and its payment processor. Your card details are given there and stay there. They never reach this website.
- The carrier. It sees the name and the delivery address printed on the parcel, because a parcel cannot be delivered without them.
Who is not on that list: advertisers, data brokers, insurers, employers, and anybody assembling a mailing list. Nothing about a purchase made here is passed to any of them.
The one third party a reader never chose is Google’s font servers, which see the request for two typeface files each time a page loads. That is a font rather than a tracker, and it is on this list because being honest about third parties means naming the dull ones as well as the obvious ones.
If a request for a copy or a deletion touches something one of the other three holds, say so when you write and you will be told which desk to ask. For the checkout, that is order support on +1 (720) 738-6364; the contact page sets out which desk does what.
Asking Glproroutine for a copy, a correction or a deletion
One address, and it answers.
One address, and it answers: [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern.
Three things can be asked for. A copy of what is held. A correction to something wrong in it. A deletion. Say which of the three you want in the subject line and the answer comes back faster.
What to include: the email address you are writing from, and, if the request concerns an order, the order ID. Nothing else is needed. No identity document is asked for, because nothing held here is worth the risk of collecting one.
What happens next: an acknowledgement when the message is read, and the answer inside 30 days. If a request will take longer than that, the reason is given rather than the clock quietly running on.
Two limits, stated here rather than buried. An order record cannot be deleted while a refund could still be claimed on it, because the record is what makes the refund possible; ask again once the window has closed and it can go. And the checkout’s own record belongs to the seller rather than to this desk, so a request to delete what the checkout holds goes to order support.
One more, because the label decides it. GLPro is for adults aged 18 and over, this website is not written for children, and no information is knowingly taken from anyone under 18. If a parent writes to say a child has sent something here, it is deleted and the parent is told it has been.
This policy carries the date it was last reviewed, September 18, 2026, at the foot of the page. When it changes, that date changes with it, and the change is made on this page rather than announced somewhere else and quietly applied here.
